How I colour with EasyPaintTool SAI (mainly hair)

I promised this a long time ago didn't I
anyways, this isn't really a tutorial, it's just how I colour the hair
The picture I used isn't very good, the eyes are way too far down .____.

my techniques change very often, but anyways, I hope that this helps you
